  • 2 scoops FȲTA Cafe Latte Elite Plant Protein
  • 3 bananas, halved and frozen
  • 2 teaspoons freeze-dried coffee (regular or decaf)
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ cup plant-based milk (we used oat)


  1. In a high-powered blender, blend bananas, FȲTA Elite Plant Protein, freeze-dried coffee, sea salt, and milk, until smooth. As needed, pause blender and scrape mixture towards blade before blending again. 
  2. Enjoy as a soft nice cream or option to freeze in a glass container 30-60 minutes until firm enough to scoop!
