Great Taste, Amazing Texture

For context, I have fibromyalgia and I'm on a GLP-1 agonist medication to try and reverse fatty liver. I've been advised to increase my protein intake and to perform resistance training to preserve as much lean mass as possible. Full disclosure: I haven't taken this long enough to be able to say how it impacts my health goals. So, my review will be concerned with its sensory properties, mostly.

It's very thin, but that's actually an advantage. I can add it to coffee. If I want a thicker shake, I can add banana, avocado, nuts, etc. If the calorie budget is tight, I can use things like psyllium, glucomannan, guar gum, etc. If you're going to get only one 100% plant-based protein powder, make it this one. I think it's worth every penny!

Top notch formulation. The hiest dissolution rate I've ever witnessed. Best protein on the market.

This protein instantly dissolves when added to even 6oz of water, it's incredible. Truly some talented flavorists created this formula. It's a clean label with a solid flavor and texture. Hands down the best protein in the market and so shockingly underrepresented. I've been drinking this for years and I don't plan to stop.

My favorite protein powder

I use Fyta every day to boost my protein intake. I have tried many protein powders, and it is by far my favorite. It has a great taste and dissolves really well in almond milk or coffee!
